MICHIGAN APPLES FOR PROCESSING
2020 Crop

Trading is fairly active for processing apples. Prices for juice 
apples per cwt. are lower at mostly 10.00 picked up or delivered to 
receiving station, with a few local deliveries higher.  Apples for 
sauce range from 11.00-13.00 per cwt. with preferred varieties 14.00-
15.00, and slicers range from 13.00-16.00.
