Commentary
Corn Looking to Round Out August with a Bounce -
Corn price action is 1 to 2 ¾ cents higher early on Friday. Futures closed out the Thursday session with contracts up 3 to 4 ½ cents in the front Cattle Look to Round Out August Trade Following Thursday Weakness -Live cattle futures were lower at the Thursday close, with contracts down $2.30 to $2.60. August, which expires today, fell $6.20 to $237, despite Cotton Back to Weaker Trade on Friday Morning -Cotton price action is down 9 to 25 points early on Friday. Futures closed out the Thursday session with stronger trade, as contracts were up 62 to Soybeans Slipping Lower on Friday Morning -Soybeans are trading with 5 to 5 ¼ cent losses in most contracts with exception to September. Futures were steady to a penny higher across the Wheat Easing Back Lower to Kick Off Friday -Wheat is trading with slight weakness across most contracts on Friday morning. Traders were busy squaring up ahead of the month end on Friday, as Hogs Look to Friday Trade -Lean hog futures closed Thursday up 30 to 70 cents across the front months.
